A Note On How We Price
Lift maintenance contracts are often priced to win — not to cover the work. A low annual fee looks competitive until the repair invoices arrive, charged at rates that more than make up the difference. It's a well-established commercial model across the industry.
We price our contracts to reflect what the work actually costs. Repairs and callouts are charged at the same rates we quote upfront — no headline contract fee used to cross-subsidise inflated repair bills. If something doesn't need doing, we'll tell you.
