Every lift we maintain carries an ELE RFID tag. Scan it with any smartphone and you get the complete, timestamped service history for that lift — instantly, without logging in, without calling us, without waiting for paperwork. The same tag is used by LOLER inspection engineers to access records on site. It is included with every maintenance contract at no additional cost.


HOW IT WORKS

After every visit, our engineer logs the work carried out, parts replaced and any observations directly to the tag record. That data is immediately accessible to anyone who scans the tag — no app required, just a standard smartphone camera.

Our independent inspection engineers scan the tag on arrival. The full maintenance history is in front of them before the examination begins — giving them better context and producing a more thorough report.
